"If you could give one piece of advice to a large group of people, what would it be?"
"Get ready to do a lot of homework in 8th grade."

"I ran away to California for a week without telling anyone. I wanted to remove myself from everything, to see if I could work out some things in my head. But it actually created more problems. I learned it doesn’t really work that way."

I found this amazing video today, made to go with a quote from the always inspiring Ira Glass, explaining the process that it takes to great at any creative endeavor.
One important thing to remember that creative endeavors are not limited to creating art or a podcast, in my opinion, it also includes anything one does to create something and bring it into the world. We all create or should aspire to do so.
No matter the pain, I always go back to the same Hemingway quote: “It is by riding a bicycle that you learn the contours of a country best, since you have to sweat up the hills and coast down them.” - Andy Bokanev
